Yam-Slam Mash Up

Think you have nothing to eat in your fridge and pantry? Have a bunch of random items kicking around?

That’s how I was feeling. We already had some cooked yams in the fridge, and I was feeling lazy, hungry and uninspired. Then inspiration hit!


Yam-Slam Mash Up:

> baked yam
> avocado
> cilantro & chives
> hemp & chia seeds
> tumeric & chili flakes
> olive oil & balsamic vinegar
> salt (Himalayan) and pepper


This combo made for a heavenly dinner full of good fats, omega – 3 fatty acids, antioxidants, fibre and more! Best of all, a great meal was found using odds and ends instead of eating out or wasting any food!
